Working for Aquent’s in-house Studios, I got to service the day to day needs of Shutterfly’s marketing business. Shutterfly, is the go-to destination to discover, design and purchase unique, personalized items. This was a production-heavy seasonal B2C workflow, with a little bit of everything… but especially emails… Lots, and lots, of emails…
